All products, as depicted on this website, are shown as a reference only and are subject to availability. We will use every effort to replicate the images as shown when designing your order; however, the actual item delivered may vary. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value, likeness and quality without notice. If you are not willing to agree with using alternative flowers, please contact us prior to submitting your order. If we are unable to supply all or part of your order, we shall notify you as soon as possible.
Delivery
Our regular delivery is set for Calgary only, at $15 flat rate before tax. Our delivery service covers Calgary, Airdire, Chesteremere, Okotoks, Cochrane, Priddis, and in-between areas. HOWEVER, deliveries going outside of Calgary (including Airdire, Chesteremere, Okotoks, Cochrane, Priddis, and in-between areas) needs to be confirmed by Itinerante Flowers staff member prior to submitting your order.
On acceptance by us of your Order Form we will advise you by e-mail/phone confirmation of the intended delivery date. We will process Order Forms received on Sundays or Public Holidays the next working day. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays in general (with some exceptions.) but in this case we will deliver the Product you request on the next working day.
Anomalies in your submitted personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
While we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery will be on the requested delivery date you acknowledge that in very occasional circumstances delivery on the requested terms will not be possible. In such circumstances you will be given prior notice wherever possible and we shall either make alternative arrangements or shall reimburse your payment in full.
Itinerante Flowers will aim to minimise risk of damage to products in transit through wrapping and packing as securely as possible. There are rare occurrences when damage is incurred to products in transit. Please email us ([email protected]) immediately with photo proof when damages happen. Itinerante Flowers evaluate the situation, and reserve the right of decisions to replace the damaged item fully or partially, or issue store credit, or reject the claim. Itinerante Flowers will not be responsible for damages to anything else other than product itself.
In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports, hotels, ships and other business locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient. If you do not agree with such arrangement, please discuss with us prior to submitting your order.
Please note that we are only responsible for delivering to the address you quote (or an imminent neighbour if no one is at home). We can not accept responsibility if the product is delivered to address that was provided, but the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, and the actual received refuses or fails to return item(s).
Where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery, they will either deliver to a neighbour or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact. We hold no responsibility of delay of completing your order at preferred time if it was due to recipient not available within the specified timeframe.
It is possible to select a preferred delivery time within the order process in the Delivery Notes field. While every effort will be made to ensure your order is delivered prior to the time selected, no guarantee for delivery by the time specified can be given. To assist us in meeting your preference, please ensure your order is placed at least one working day prior to the preferred delivery time.
In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide on the Order Form.
Online Purchase
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
We accept the following credit cards as payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as Visa Debit. Email Transfer payment is not available online, but is accepted with phone order.
All prices are list in Canadian dollars before GST. Tax will be calculated and added at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be amended or cancelled with minimum 1 business day advance notice from the intended delivery date, and full refund will be credited back to original payment card with up to 7 days processing time.
A fee of 50% of paid price will be applied if the cancellation notice is provided within 1 business day or less from the scheduled delivery date.
Please note that we are unable to cancel orders that have been prepared or have been dispatched to our delivery driver.
Gift Certificate & Coupon
All hard copy gift certificates and coupons are to be used in person in our shop only.
Digital gift certificates and coupons can be used both online and in person.
All gift certificates and coupons have no cash value. Conditions for redemption may apply.

Customer service and Satisfaction Guarantee
We take a lot of pride in ensuring that each order is beautiful and uses the freshest flowers available. If you’re not happy with your order, please let us know. Because of the perishable nature of fresh flowers and plants, all fresh flowers and plants orders are final sale.
In order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly, please inform us fresh flowers related issue within 24 hours after products leave the store, or within 24 hours after delivery is completed. An exchange will be granted on fresh flowers, if notified within the 24-hour period. An exchange will be granted on plants, if notified within 7 days after purchase or delivery.
All hard goods are exchangeable within 7 days notice after purchase or delivery.
Itinerante Flowers reserves the right to ask for photo proofs whenever necessary.
Workshop is eligible for full refund with minimum 7 business days cancellation notice; or eligible for store credit or exchange of different products or workshop at the same value with a cancellation notice less than 7 business days.
Privacy Policy
You may visit our site anonymously. We collect information from you only when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature. When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, or other information. Your payment (credit card) information is processed by Paypal server, and is not saved on our server at anytime.
